15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If, within the first 15 days of your Premium or VIP subscription, you are not satisfied for any reason, we are here to help. Just send us an email at contact@theofficialboard.com, and we will promptly issue a refund on your original payment method.

 

Managing Automatic Renewals

To opt in for your automatic renewal, simply enter your preferred payment tool and select "Automatic  Renewal". If you choose not to opt in, your subscription will end, you will not be charged for another period. Should you decide to renew later, you can re-enter your preferred payment to start a new subcription. 

If you have opted in for automatic renewal, your upcoming renewal date is always displayed in your account to keep you informed. You can opt out of automatic renewals at any time through the My Preferences section in My Account or by email at contact@theofficialboard.com.

To ensure you don't miss your renewal date, we will email you a reminder approximately 10 days before the renewal. This reminder gives you the opportunity to opt out in your account or by emailing us at contact@theofficialboard.com before the renewal date. You will not be charged for another period and your subscription will end.

Please note that no refunds will be offered after the renewal date has passed.
